Cat-Cow — get on your hands and knees with your back flat. First, curve your spine upward, tuck your chin, and hold while stretching your spine. Next, curve your back downward, stretching your belly towards the grown and extending your neck and chin up. Hold and repeat both.


Child’s Pose — get on your hands and knees. Then, bring your bottom down to your heels and your forehead to the ground, keeping your arms extended ahead of you. Hold.


Pelvic Tilt — lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Tilt your hips back so that your back presses down to the ground along the full length of your spine. Hold while breathing deeply and repeat.
